Importers That Want to Donate Green Coffee
Situation: You’re an importer that has / will have green coffee that you’d like to donate to the auction.
- Determine what kind of coffee you’d like to donate / how many bags (a typical amount is five 132lb or 152lb bags)
- Separate that coffee from your other inventory
- View and complete the Coffee Submission Form
- GFH promotes your coffee with potential bidders
- Auction takes place June 5-6, 2012
- Purchaser arranges shipping with you / ship to the winner
- GFH sends you a tax receipt for your donation
Importers That Can Secure Donations from Producers
Situation: You’re an importer who is buying from a producer who either wants to donate or who would be interested in donating green coffee.
- Producer determines which coffee to donate and how much
- You or your producer views and completes the Coffee Submission Form
- Producer separates, labels, and adds donated bags to your existing order / shipment
- You receive coffee and separate donated coffee
- GFH promotes coffee
- Auction takes place June 5-6, 2012
- Purchaser arranges shipping with you / ship to the winner
- GFH sends the purchaser a tax receipt for their donation
